Linchpin Systems ("Linchpin," "we," "us," or "our") provides done-for-you automation services to residential HVAC business owners. By accessing our website, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Services. Linchpin designs, builds, and maintains custom automation systems for HVAC business owner-operators, including lead response, follow-up, renewal, and review collection systems. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are governed by a separate signed agreement between Linchpin and the client, not by this page.
Eligibility. Our services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives of a business, not individual consumers. By engaging with us, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business you represent.
Communications. By calling a business phone number associated with Linchpin Systems, providing your phone number to us, or otherwise contacting us, you agree that we or our representatives may contact you by phone or text message regarding your inquiry or service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP, or of phone communications by informing the caller directly.
No guarantee of results. While we build our systems to a high standard, business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how a system is used, market conditions, and client-side data. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or lead volume from our services.
Intellectual property. The content, design, and materials on this website are the property of Linchpin Systems and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Any custom systems built for a client remain subject to the terms of that client's signed agreement.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linchpin Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
